Description Overview

• Primarily responsible for troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and packaging equipment. The Asset Reliability Shift Lead is the first point of contact for Asset Reliability technicians for advanced troubleshooting and downtime escalation. They also provide machine repair prioritization and are the main liaison between Asset Reliability and Operations Shift Leads on each shift. Additional responsibilities include suggesting methods of process improvement, participation in machine installations, and suggesting and implementing machinery upgrades.
