Business Analysis Associate II
Are you passionate about simplifying processes, driving improvements, and supporting a strong control environment? As a Business Analysis Associate II on the Card and Connected Commerce CAO Business Practices SAGA Team, you will assist with governance activities to ensure business areas within Card and Connected Commerce adhere to regulatory policies and standards. You will also work directly with internal customers to execute and maintain effective, well-documented, and compliant processes. Required Skills
Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused approach. Experience or ability in designing and documenting processes with strong controls and governance. Demonstrated critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues using logical, fact-based approaches ("Engineer Mindset"). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information in an easy-to-understand way, adjusting to audiences from co-workers to senior leaders. Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize based on business needs. Ability to exercise independent judgment and remain resilient in the face of adversity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (can perform VLOOKUP's) & Word. Willingness to learn new automation systems and AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Tableau, Alteryx, and no code / low code tools, to support and enhance business processes. Open to providing and receiving professional, candid feedback at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Business Management, Control, Regulatory, or Compliance activities; other relevant backgrounds considered. Knowledge of Card & Connected Commerce Businesses. Alteryx certified.
