Industrial Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread provider, is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications :
Electrical certification, mechanical or technical degree (preferred)2 - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance & repair (required)Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, motors (AC up to 480V and DC), contacts, and relaysExperience reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics; general maintenance knowledge of manufacturing equipmentProficient with service equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic methods; welding and air compressor maintenance experience (strongly preferred)Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate to maximize equipment uptimeExperience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilitiesResponsibilities :
Monitor and maintain tire supplier equipment; ensure peak performance and qualityPerform preventative maintenance : inspections, cleaning, lubrication, diagnosticsTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to OEM specificationsReplace parts quickly to reduce downtime and restore functionalityKeep accurate work logs, maintenance records, and inspection reportsSupport Retread and TRACS departments as neededManage inventory levels and order replacement partsOperate equipment such as forklifts, gantry cranes, man lifts, and hoistsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all PPE and safety rulesWork a flexible schedule with overtime and some weekend shifts as neededSkills and Abilities :
