Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Superintendent in Madison, WI!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with the ability to lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and contribute directly to framing, demolition, and finish carpentry work.

Duties :

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor and maintain the construction schedule; proactively resolve delays or scheduling conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and jobsite cleanliness.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with project managers and company leadership.
• Report job progress regularly and flag any issues that may impact cost, schedule, or quality.
• Manage deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety and respect on the jobsite.
