Position Overview :

Providence Swedish Medical Center – Issaquah Campus is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinic RN with a strong background in oncology and ambulatory care for a full-time travel assignment. The RN will work in an outpatient setting , providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on oncology and breast cancer patients .

This is a weekday-only position with no weekends or holidays required . The ideal candidate will have experience working in an oncology clinic setting, proficiency in Epic, and be comfortable floating to other clinics within the system (First Hill and Edmonds) as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an oncology clinic setting, proficiency in Epic, and be comfortable floating to other clinics within the system (First Hill and Edmonds) as needed.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nProvide direct patient care in an outpatient oncology clinic setting\n\nObtain and document vital signs accurately\n\nAssist with clinical procedures including dressing changes (required) and suture removal (preferred)\n\nPerform telephone triage and provide patient education\n\nSupport patients with oncology-related needs, with emphasis on breast cancer care (highly preferred)\n\nPrepare charts and documentation in Epic electronic medical record system\n\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care\n\nFloat to other Swedish clinics (First Hill and Edmonds) as needed (advance notice provided)\n\nQualifications : \n\nActive RN license – compact license honored by all Swedish facilities\n\nBLS certification – REQUIRED\n\nOCN certification – Preferred\n\nMinimum Required Experience : Outpatient clinic experience\n\nOncology experience\n\nAmbulatory clinic experience\n\nBreast cancer patient care experience – Highly Preferred\n\nEPIC EMR experience – REQUIRED\n\nAdditional Information : \n\nSchedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM\n\nNo weekend or holiday requirements\n\nFloating required to other Swedish clinics with advance notice (First Hill and Edmonds)\n\nFirst-time travelers welcome\n\nFormer perm staff from any Providence facility (excluding Swedish) are eligible if separated for 3 months or more\n\nJoin our dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of oncology patients in a supportive, outpatient setting.
