    The Company is in search of a strategic and execution-focused Vice President, Corporate Development to spearhead its inorganic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key architect and driver of the company's buy / build / partner strategy, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and executing transactions that align with strategic goals. This role requires a professional with a strong external perspective on healthcare trends, capable of identifying high-impact opportunities to advance the mission of raising the standard of healthcare for everyone. The VP will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the corporate development strategy is in line with business objectives and will be deeply involved in all aspects of the deal process, from initial outreach to post-deal follow-ups.

    Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Development position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in corporate development, preferably in a high-growth healthcare technology or healthcare company. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in end-to-end deal experience, a deep understanding of corporate finance, and the ability to think long-term about growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity, capable of driving results and influencing at the highest levels. Executive stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead complex, cross-functional processes and build trusted relationships both inside and outside the organization. A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to shape the future of healthcare through innovation and thoughtful deal-making are also key qualifications for this role.
