Overview

We're seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our growing digital technology team within our client's organization. This role will play a key part in building, enhancing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant web applications that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms.

You'll work as part of a collaborative cross-functional team-partnering with IT, quality, and engineering-to deliver reliable, high-performance web solutions that align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core and Kentico CMS.

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable web solutions that align with business and compliance needs.

Build and maintain CI / CD deployment pipelines using Bitbucket and related DevOps tools.

Develop, test, and debug applications using Visual Studio, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver quality solutions on schedule.

Ensure web applications adhere to security, performance, and FDA / regulatory compliance standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of professional web development experience, with proven full-stack capabilities.

Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SQL.

Hands-on experience with Kentico CMS (design, customization, and integration).

Experience developing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines via Bitbucket, Git, or similar tools.

Proficiency with Visual Studio and related Microsoft development ecosystems.

Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.

Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, or biotech) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
