POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is for a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer to focus on Telecom-specific modules within the CMT business group. The mission is to develop and configure robust application solutions that align with architectural recommendations, meeting complex business process and application requirements for the client.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and configure applications based on design recommendations from architects / Tech Leads.
Serve as a technology subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the development team.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key development decisions.
Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, workflows, and configurations.
