Job description3+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (supervisory experience a plus, not required). Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Familiarity with PLCs (Omron or Mitsubishi experience is a plus).

What You'll Do
- Lead and support maintenance technicians to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Create daily maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with operations.
- Monitor equipment to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Help with plant improvements and expansions.
- Maintain records, track work orders, and prepare maintenance reports.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
