Job description

We’re hiring both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates.

Choose the lane that fits your career stage and get steady miles, weekly pay, and clear home time.

Job details :

  • Mileage pay : $0.43 – $0.58 CPM (based on route & experience)
  • Weekly pay : $1,200–$1,500+
  • Top 25% average $1,800 weekly
  • Average miles : 2,100–2,300 per week
  • Bonuses : Up to $0.08 CPM monthly
  • Orientation : $300 paid
  • Home every other week (34–48 hr reset)
  • Freight : 100% no-touch, 60% drop & hook
  • Equipment : 2022+ automatic trucks
  • No slip seating – take your truck home

    • Recent CDL-A Graduates :

  • Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A
  • Minimum : 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
  • Paid training in duration 4–6 weeks
  • OTR training routes across the Western US
  • Paid orientation & travel / hotel
  • Average pay after training : $1,200–$1,500 weekly
  • Freight : 100% no-touch, mostly drop & hook
  • Rider & pet policy available after training

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable TT experience
  • No DUI in last 5 years (CMV)
  • No major violations or DOT preventables in last 5 years
  • Must pass urine & hair test
