Material Handler

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. The role involves handling materials, operating a reach truck and forklift, and utilizing ERP systems to ensure efficient inventory management. The successful candidate will pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies, and stage finished products.

Responsibilities :

• Pull orders from inventory and deliver production materials and supplies.
• Stage finished products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Record the location of inventory and document materials and supplies disposition.
• Allocate and transfer materials to maintain an efficient flow of material through operations.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

Work Environment :

Our light-filled, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is home to over 100 employees, with a dedicated team of 13 in Material Handling. Our culture emphasizes decision-making and congenial management. The typical shift for Material Handling is from 6am to 2 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime from 4am to 2 : 30pm. Production shifts are from 6am to 2 : 30pm, with possible overtime from 5am to 2 : 30pm or 5am to 3 : 30pm. Employees must be prepared for fluctuating 9 or 10 hour shifts.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
