Job description

An independent community hospital and a primary teaching affiliate of Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons, with 4 free-standing residency training programs in surgery, OB / GYN, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine in southwestern Connecticut, is adding a Family Medicine Physician.

About the Opportunity :

  • Join an established group of 5 providers
  • Total outpatient
  • Opening due to office expansion
  • The Hospital was named the #1 hospital in Fairfield County by US News & World Report
  • 4.5 days with a half day for administrative duties
  • Call is 1 : 6, all phone call, and very light
  • Collegial team and excellent support staff
  • No hospital responsibilities, no nights, no weekends
  • See approximately 20 patients per day

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, flex plan, disability, life, malpractice, 403b, CME stipend
  • Concierge Service
  • 20K Sign-on bonus
  • 10K Relocation bonus
  • 31 days PTO
  • PSLF

    • Community / Location :

  • Located just over an hour from New York City, and accessible by car or Metro North Train with direct service to Grand Central Terminal.
  • This area offers plenty of great restaurants, shopping at the new SoNo Collection Mall with Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's, the Maritime Center, and multiple parks and public beaches on the Long Island Sound.
