Requirements :

Cerner EMR experience is a must

Active California RN License – required at time of submission

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – required

Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred

Ability to adapt to patient census fluctuations

Schedule & Compensation :

Shift : 12-hour shifts (variable or fixed, depending on facility need)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Call Off Policy : Hospital may call off up to 3 shifts per 13-week period due to census changes
