Associate Professor in Public Health

A company is looking for an Associate Professor in the Teaching Track within the School of Public Health, focusing on Health Behavior, Society, and Policy.

Key Responsibilities

Teach a minimum of 6 courses per year, including at least one summer course

Provide academic and practicum advising and mentorship to Master of Public Health and DrPH students

Collaborate with faculty to ensure courses meet departmental needs and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

A doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD, JD)

At least three years of professional teaching experience in a classroom setting

Experience teaching relevant undergraduate or graduate courses

Knowledge of Council on Education for Public Health accreditation requirements

Evidence of a commitment to diversity
