CAMCO Property Management is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Yardley, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, depending on experience. As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the operations of properties managed by CAMCO, working closely with their associations to meet shared goals. Key competencies include property and project management, strong time management, and outstanding customer service. The role may require occasional evening availability and prompt responses to urgent issues.

Compensation :

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Actively listen to inquiries and feedback, maintaining professionalism and composure in all interactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and written correspondence.
  • Effectively manage time to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities when evaluating and addressing various situations.
  • Remain up to date on relevant state regulations and community governing documents for each client.
  • Review financial reports and assist in preparing the Annual Budget in accordance with CAMCO timelines.
  • Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff as needed.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Board members, unit owners, residents, and vendors.
  • Facilitate Board meetings and prepare detailed management reports in advance of each meeting.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing properties in the condominium sector is required.
  • Proven expertise in managing HOA and condominium operations is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to effectively oversee multiple associations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are key to successful collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
