Peraton is seeking a Procurement Manager with deep source selection experience to oversee acquisition planning, supplier evaluation, and contract execution in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role is responsible for managing complex procurement lifecycles under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS), ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) where applicable, and driving cost-effective sourcing strategies that align with FAA program and mission objectives.
Procurement is the foundation of the FAA's modernization and mission success. Every system, service, and technology that supports the National Airspace System (NAS) relies on efficient, transparent, and compliant sourcing decisions. As a Procurement Manager, your leadership ensures that suppliers are selected based on value, quality, and technical performance. You will directly contribute to maintaining the FAA's reputation for integrity and efficiency in the federal acquisition process-while enabling innovation and operational readiness across aviation programs.

Target Salary Range : $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
