Join our innovative team as a Change Management Specialist to drive impactful change initiatives within our Line of Business (LOB) products, processes, and functions. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, design future-state solutions, and lead project execution to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll manage projects with enterprise-wide implications, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and risk mitigation to ensure seamless transitions and sustained success. Key Responsibilities
Required Skills / Education
3-10 years of experience leading or supporting small to medium-scale projects, preferably with cross-functional or inter-departmental impact.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Clarity, PCM, MS Project) and office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases).
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
