Position Title : Change Management Specialist

Location : San Antonio, TX (Hybrid - Onsite 2 days / week, 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm Central)

Position Status : Contract (6 months, with possible extensions)

Pay Rate : $70 / Hour W2

Position Description

Join our innovative team as a Change Management Specialist to drive impactful change initiatives within our Line of Business (LOB) products, processes, and functions. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, design future-state solutions, and lead project execution to deliver measurable outcomes. You'll manage projects with enterprise-wide implications, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and risk mitigation to ensure seamless transitions and sustained success. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to align with organizational goals.
• Business Analysis : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, assess current processes, and propose optimized future-state solutions.
• Change Implementation : Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring successful adoption of changes with clear success metrics.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing constraints to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate meetings, present clear and concise project updates, and manage client expectations to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, update tools like Clarity and PCM, and provide status reports to leadership.
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating work plans, milestones, and training to drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills / Education

3-10 years of experience leading or supporting small to medium-scale projects, preferably with cross-functional or inter-departmental impact.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Clarity, PCM, MS Project) and office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases).

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
