Position : School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Location : San Marcos, CA

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time (7.5 hours / day, Monday-Friday)

Pay : $45-$60 / hour (based on experience)

RCM Healthcare Services is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to students in grades K-8 within the San Marcos Unified School District . This school-based role offers an opportunity to work with a supportive district team and has a strong potential for renewal into the next academic year.

Position Highlights :

Flexible options : both full-time and part-time available (on-site only; no virtual)

Work schedule consists of 7.5 hours daily, Monday through Friday

Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with a possibility for extension

Collaborate with district staff and other professionals for comprehensive support

Phone interview required prior to offer

Requirements :

Must possess an active California SLP license or credential

Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential
