Worker's Compensation Attorney

Location : Chicago, IL

Salary : $80k-$160k + Bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Worker's Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for representing clients in worker's compensation cases, ensuring they receive the benefits and compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in worker's compensation claims and litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions
• Advocate for clients during hearings and negotiations with insurance companies
• Provide expert legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options
• Stay updated on changes in worker's compensation laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff to prepare cases for trial
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress and resolution of cases
