Experienced Production Manager

A people first and progressive wholesale nursery is looking for an Experienced Production Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates must have a background in greenhouse growing and Greenhouse Management with a focus on bedding plants and flowers. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

• A bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of greenhouse growing experience
• Experience with both perennial and annual bedding plants and flowers
• Full knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, feed, and water scheduling
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Detailed oriented and must be equally comfortable working with a team and independently
• Able to maintain professional relationships with clients and adhere to the company's code of ethics
• Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a current valid driver's license
