A Day in the Life :

This position is responsible for the correct breakdown of clinical returns following randomizations, standard operating procedures, and group leader instructions to ensure compliance with customer specifications and cGMP's.

Reconciliation of return drug supplies as stipulated in protocol specific Accountability Instructions

Able to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet business needs and demands.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience :

Required : 1+ year of previous work experience required

Preferred : Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

Preferred : Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

Ability to understand and follow written instructions and the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance from the Supervisor and / or the Returns Support Associate.

High attention to detail

Be able to operate a pallet jack.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Allergies to specific pharmaceuticals, like penicillin and cephalosporin, may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.

Standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching and handling bulky containers / packages. Must be able to lift up to 35-50 pounds and occasionally 70 pounds.
