What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and / or law enforcement as required for incidents or emergencies.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
