We are currently seeking an LPN Charge Nurse - Supervisor for our night shift.
Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Manage the unit with professionalism and adaptability
- Maintain exceptional documentation standards and adhere to required deadlines
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Train and guide employees until they are capable and confident in completing all necessary paperwork for the units
- Assist with orientation sessions for new employees under the direction of the DON
Requirements :
