Job Summary :
At A Plus Early Intervention we are committed to providing individualized and developmentally appropriate education and therapeutic services that are based upon a child’s strengths and needs. We are actively seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our expanding team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Write and submit treatment plans as required
Conduct initial skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
Create behavior support plans (BSP)
Provide direct supervision of BTs / RBTs assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback
Ensure adherence of each client's treatment program and behavioral protocols
Oversee data collection by direct staff and update programming throughout authorizations
Other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications :
Active BCBA Certification
LBA credential (or eligible) in New York State
Regular availability on evenings and weekends after school hours for in-person supervision requirements
Staff supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
