HR Human Resources is responsible for the hiring process and conducting new hire orientation - Processing all new hires (Performing background checks, license verification, references)
HR Human Resources responsibilities
- Generates disciplinary actions for staff for attendance, lateness's and other policy
- Tracking of all facility staff Vacation / Sick Time
- Monthly QAPI Reporting's for HR
- Employee Online Census for DOH Reporting
- Administrative orientation to all employees, advising of all policies and procedures, handbook orientation, all onboarding responsibilities.
- Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis & distribution of employee checks
- management of retro payments, overtime, garnishments, general deductions
- Enrollment of employee health insurance
- Employment Verifications for current / previous employees -Coordination with Union for Grievances
- Tracking Required Dates : License Renewal, CPR certification
- Processing 401(k) eligible employees
- Managing and Processing all Workers Compensation Claims
HR Human Resources Qualifications
