Job description

Customer Care Advocate

We are seeking six enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Care Advocates to join our team immediately! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned benefit plans
  • Administer retirement and health / welfare benefits
  • Update files and document system notes accurately
  • Distribute regulatory communications
  • Initiate and follow up on action requests
  • Resolve complex customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or benefits administration
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a call center environment, especially in claims, billing, or eligibility
  • Interview Process

    Pay Details : $25.00 to $25.87 per hour
