Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence in workers’ compensation? Paradigm is seeking a Medical Bill Review Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on complex bill review processes and provider engagement. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required two to three days per week at our Tampa office .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of bill review analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise staff performance, training, and development to ensure alignment with Paradigm’s values and operational goals.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment while driving strategic initiatives and optimizing workflows.

Required Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of seven years of bill review management experience.

  • At least three years of hands-on medical bill processing and analysis.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Proven success in developing workflows, policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Technical Knowledge :
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.

  • Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 & 10, RBRVS, and other coding methodologies.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
