The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) - Market plays a vital role in overseeing healthcare services in our medical centers. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of organizational capabilities and how they interrelate across functions.

As a CMO, you will lead, organize, and manage the Center Medical Directors to ensure the delivery of cost-effective and quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Center Medical Directors.
• Identify and collaborate on physician recruitment needs.
• Establish work schedules and assign tasks for medical staff based on operational needs.
• Oversee daily physician services operations.
• Build strong relationships with specialists and healthcare providers to enhance senior population health.
• Provide medical direction and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
• Monitor performance and implement practices for effective resource utilization.
• Oversee development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Represent the organization at community and marketing events.
• Manage departmental and physician budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analyze trends in utilization and develop action plans for improvement.
• Guide physicians in applying approved clinical guidelines effectively.
• Direct operations of wellness activities and medical departments.
• Promote Perfect Service Standards for outstanding customer service.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Additional Information :

This is a remote position with occasional travel required for training or meetings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : $270,800 - $378,800 per year, eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
