Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Machine Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manual and CNC milling machines to fabricate precision aerospace components that meet stringent quality and safety standards. This role is critical to the production of high-performance parts used in aircraft and spacecraft systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines for aerospace-grade parts.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine milling requirements.
• Load finished and raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment and tooling setup.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare machined parts for inspection or assembly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or dimensional inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including job travelers and inspection records.
• Follow all safety guidelines, aerospace industry standards, and quality control procedures (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any issues to maintenance or supervision.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage .Expected weekly hours : 40-50. We offer a competitive benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.

The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements, among other factors.

Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Prescott, AZ. This position is not eligible for relocation.
