We are seeking a highly skilled IT Data Quality Senior Engineer to lead initiatives that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of critical data across enterprise systems. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data quality standards, develop data validation processes, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities :

• Define, implement, and monitor enterprise data quality standards and policies.
• Develop and maintain data validation rules, metrics, and reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify data quality issues and implement corrective solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data anomalies and design preventive measures to maintain high-quality data.
• Support data governance initiatives, including data lineage, master data management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members on data quality best practices.
