RN – Med Surg / PCU / ER Holding (Float)

Shift : Day, 3x12s & 4x12s alternating (07 : 00 – 19 : 00)

Start Date : December 8 or December 15, 2025 (firm)

Hours : 84 hours biweekly (36 / 48 alternating) | 72-hour guarantee

Description :

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care while floating between Med Surg, PCU, and ER Holding units. ICU experience is a plus but not required. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.

Skills Required :

Comprehensive Med Surg and PCU skillset including : cardiac telemetry, ABG interpretation, heparin / insulin protocol management, central line and trach care, chest tube management, post-cardiac procedure care, dysrhythmia management, wound vac, and rapid response participation. Experience with cardiac and vasoactive drips (including titration) preferred.
