Based in Seymour, WI, were looking for a Concrete Crew Member whos ready to roll up their sleeves, work hard, and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

What Youll Do :

• Assist with the installation and fabrication of concrete systems on job sites
• Operate hand and power tools proficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot job site issues and report to the Leadman or Foreman
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional-looking
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Coach and support new and existing crew members
• Promote and uphold job site safety for yourself and the team
• Follow all company safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Report incidents, equipment damage, and OSHA presence
• Help drive projects to completion on time and to Fox Cities standards
• Pitch in wherever neededteamwork is everything here!
