Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pain management and primary care services.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.
- Perform minor procedures such as dry needling and trigger point injections.
- Order / interprete diagnostic tests and prescribe medications per protocols.
- Conduct physical and occupational health exams, including virtual mental health assessments.
- Manage a patient panel and coordinate care as Primary Care Manager.
- Maintain patient records and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients / families on wellness
