Full-Time + Benefits + SOB Upto 10,000

Join our compassionate, team-based care model  ! We're seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide personalized nutrition care for older adults in our all-inclusive care program. You'll assess needs, develop and manage care plans, and educate participants and families to support healthy living.

What You'll Do :

✅ Create individualized nutrition plans

✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

✅ Educate on diet, safety, and food sanitation

✅ Maintain accurate EMR documentation

What You Bring :

• Bachelor’s in Dietetics / Nutrition
• Registered or registry-eligible with CDR
• Iowa Dietitian License (or eligible)
• CPR / BCLS & Food Safety Certification
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
