Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer support through a combination of phone support and administrative duties

Assist with subscription renewals and account management

Handle legal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality

Perform data entry and maintain organized records

Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience

Experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong computer and technical skills

Experience handling multi-line phone systems

Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions

Pay Details : $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
