Job Title : Warehouse Manager Location : Panama City, FL 32407-7001, USA (onsite) Key Responsibilities : Lead PAS warehouse operations and property accountability : receiving & inspection, storage & issue, re‑warehousing, COSIS, shelf‑life, PPP&M, locations process, and loss‑prevention Ensure correct Navy ERP transactions & KSD capture; supervise MHE / MVO up to 20K Maintain licenses / training; submit monthly reports (CDRL A003 / A006); coordinate with COR / PCO; maintain SOPs.

Requirements : High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred.

5+ years warehouse / logistics leadership preferred; DoD / Navy experience preferred.

Navy ERP proficiency (goods receipt / issue / transfer postings & inquiries) Compliance with NAVSUP / SECNAV standards (P-529, P-723, SECNAVINST 5200.44A) Locations process, inventory integrity, COSIS & shelf-life, loss prevention Supervision of MHE / MVO ops; routing / scheduling; KSD / PoD documentation Reporting per CDRLs and SOP upkeep Safety / OSHA and HAZMAT awareness for Navy installations U.S.

Citizenship & English proficiency for facility access; CAC / base access compliance.

No specific clearance mandated; Secret preferred.

• MHE / Forklift License (100% of warehouse personnel) Completion / management of TWMS‑mandated onsite training (Safety, PII, CSWF if applicable) Preferences : Prior Navy / DoD logistics; NAVSEA / NSWC experience; PPP&M & MILSTRIP familiarity Experience overseeing 20K MHE & vehicle logs Audit‑ready ERP controls;
