Overview
As a Environmental / Geological Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., (CEC) for our Houston, Texas office, you will be involved in t he design, analyses, permitting and preparation of drawings and technical specifications and construction period services for solid waste management facilities and industrial facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in the environmental assessment, permitting, document preparation and construction management quality assurance of solid waste disposal facilities;
- Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process and interface with regulatory agencies;
- Ability to develop and monitor operational compliance strategies to meet federal, state and local regulatory requirements;
- Experience with capitol tracking systems and capital budgeting
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure;
- AutoCAD experience preferred;
- Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.
