Overview

As a Environmental / Geological Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., (CEC) for our Houston, Texas office, you will be involved in t he design, analyses, permitting and preparation of drawings and technical specifications and construction period services for solid waste management facilities and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

Experience in the environmental assessment, permitting, document preparation and construction management quality assurance of solid waste disposal facilities;

• Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process and interface with regulatory agencies;
• Ability to develop and monitor operational compliance strategies to meet federal, state and local regulatory requirements;
• Experience with capitol tracking systems and capital budgeting
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure;
• AutoCAD experience preferred;
• Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.
