Rebates Analyst II - GBS Sales Enablement

Work mode : Hybrid

Onsite Location(s) : American Free Zone, San Franci, CR

Additional Locations : Costa Rica-Heredia

About the role : Provide support to the Pricing & Contracting Team responsible for Rebate functions. Identify and reconcile rebates for prior periods, ensuring that all customer payments are accurate, timely, and complete. Collaborate closely with various business units to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure rebate settlements are executed in full compliance with established policies and contractual terms.
  • Establish and maintain controls to ensure all customer payments align with policy and contract requirements.
  • Process customer transactions and payments accurately and on time in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Track rebates by program and customer to verify that all related activities are completed correctly and within established timelines.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and reporting of rebates (as applicable) to meet internal and external deliverables. This includes validating data accuracy and completeness and supporting business teams with reporting needs.
  • Research and respond to both internal and external inquiries in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Follow the reporting calendar to ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and within the agreed service levels. Prepare and track monthly performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Business Unit Sales Operations, IT, and the Office of GBS, to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis for ad hoc requests as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Controls, Problem-Solving and Value Improvement mindset.
  • Analytic thinking, high attention to details, and teamwork oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong integrity and respect for others.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working in a shared services environment is a plus.
