This is the perfect entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of legal administration while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Support attorneys and staff with daily administrative and clerical tasks
Manage front desk duties : answer phones, greet clients, and maintain a professional office atmosphere
Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence
Handle local deliveries, court filings, and document pickups / drop-offs (on foot or by car)
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and office supply management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For :
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement may be available)
Comfortable walking to nearby firms and courthouses when needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
Prior legal or administrative experience is a plus—but not required
