Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Austin team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—comfortable gathering requirements from stakeholders while also rolling up their sleeves to configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers' Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, unlocking new capabilities, and driving adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Understand clients' business processes, business needs, and challenges and be the first point of contact for client stakeholders to discuss their requirements and queries
• Translate business requirements into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
• Work as a team-player by extending help where needed and sharing experience and skill knowledge for holistic team development
• Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports / dashboards, profiles / permission sets, etc.) to align with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for delivery teams.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, QA) to ensure successful delivery of new functionality.
• Maintain system integrity by performing regular audits, data hygiene, and security reviews.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and usability.
• Collaborate with developers and technical leads to support custom development and integrations.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance business processes.
