St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is excited to announce the establishment of our new orthopedic surgery group and is actively seeking Orthopedic Surgeons to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be among the first surgeons in our newly created, hospital-employed orthopedic practice. We are particularly interested in candidates with a focus in specialized surgery, but we are also open to surgeons with expertise in a variety of orthopedic specialties. Our practice benefits from a robust primary care network , which supports and will generate a substantial number of referrals to our orthopedic program, ensuring a consistent and growing patient base. This position is an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board eligible orthopedic surgeon to become part of a supportive, collegial team. You will perform surgeries at St. Peters Health Partners and the Albany Memorial Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes : Competitive Compensation : $675,000 - $700,000 annually for new graduates. $725,000 - $800,000 for experienced surgeons The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
