What You'll Do :
- Lead the permitting process for assigned projects, including preparing and submitting permit applications and tracking approvals.
- Communicate with local, county, state, and federal agencies to facilitate regulatory reviews and approvals.
- Research and maintain up-to-date filing requirements across jurisdictions.
- Monitor changes in regulations and keep internal teams informed.
- Collaborate with local permitting expeditors to streamline approvals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized documentation.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals.
- Proactively assist in expediting project approvals and closing out expired permits.
- Assist with resolving administrative issues and support other business needs as required.
What You'll Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent.Self-starterAt least one year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field.Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking, reporting, and documentation.Reliable on-site attendance and a valid driver's license.What We Offer :
