Position : LDRP RN (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)

Location : Alton, IL

Shift : Nights 3x12 (17 : 00–05 : 30) | Every other weekend | Holidays as needed

Unit Details :

Full-scope LDRP care : OB triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, mother-baby, nursery, and GYN surgeries

Avg. Census : 8 | 10 visits / day | 20 rooms | 21 beds

Ratios : 1 : 1–1 : 8 depending on area

Float : Within women’s health service line

Requirements :

2+ years L&D experience (first-time travelers accepted)

BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate FHM (Advanced preferred)

IV start, triage, and circulating experience required

Additional Info :

In-house hospitalist 24 / 7

Anesthesiologist / CRNA on call 24 / 7
