Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL for a Laborer. The Laborer will be responsible for working on the construction and maintenance of marine structures such as docks, seawalls, boathouses, and walkways. Day-to-day tasks will include operating various tools and machinery, assisting in the setup and breakdown of job sites, and performing manual labor as needed. The Laborer will also ensure that all work is performed safely and according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of operating construction tools and machinery
• Basic understanding of construction practices and safety protocols
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to perform physical labor such as hammering, lifting, carrying, and wading in water
