Job Description : About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Java AWS Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications on the cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered following best practices in architecture, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership :

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and code quality.

Design scalable, secure, and performant solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services .

Drive cloud-first initiatives by architecting and migrating applications to AWS.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture .

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
