What You’ll Do :

• Lead with Impact : Guide and mentor a small team, ensuring they follow safety protocols and best practices in all roofing repairs and installations.
• Technical Expertise : Conduct roof inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to extend roof life, working with various roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, and more).
• Customer-First Approach : Deliver high-quality service to our customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Problem-Solve On-Site : Use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex roofing challenges.
• Keep Records : Accurately document all time, materials, and job details for reporting purposes.
• Safety Focused : Enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
