About the Role :
We're seeking a reliable Class C Driver to handle daily deliveries and support warehouse operations. This position offers variety - you'll split time between driving and hands-on warehouse tasks to keep orders moving smoothly.
Job Duties :
- Communicate with dispatcher to review daily routes and delivery manifests
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (oil, tires, lights, and safety equipment)
- Load and unload truck using hand trucks or electric pallet jacks
- Deliver products to customer locations and maintain professional communication
- Obtain signatures and handle returns and documentation accurately
- Assist warehouse team with receiving produce, stocking coolers, and breaking down pallets
- Fuel trucks and trailer refrigeration units as needed
- Follow all company, DOT, and food safety guidelines
- Report any vehicle or product issues immediately to supervisor
