Assistant Maintenance Director

Silver Healthcare is a respected skilled nursing facility in Cherry Hill, NJ, committed to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. We are seeking a  resourceful and energetic Assistant Maintenance Director  to support the overall maintenance operations of our facility.

Position Summary :

As the Assistant Maintenance Director, you will work closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure the facility is operating efficiently and remains in excellent condition. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing daily maintenance operations throughout the facility
• Perform minor repairs including carpet, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC support
• Help maintain facility mechanical systems and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections
• Ensure the interior and exterior of the building are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
