Location : West Jordan Utah (but well help you get licensed if youre not yet!)

Position Type : Full-time, salaried + commission (youre in charge of your earnings!)

Training : 30 days of hands-on guidance + 30 days of goal-crushing support. After that? The sky's the limit.

What Youll Be Doing :

Talking to our awesome customers and helping them understand and upgrade their policies.

Writing new policies with confidence and care.

Managing calls, emails, and texts like a pro.

Working independently AND being a key part of a team that genuinely has your back.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you :

Communicate like a champ (written and spoken).

Are detail-obsessed and organized.

Can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.

Make smart decisions with confidence and professionalism.

Are a Microsoft Office wizard

Have a Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life Insurance a bonus!) - or are open to getting licensed (well help!).
